Deposits
We know that a high thermal load can cause hydrocarbon oxidation remains—so-called deposits. These deposits might come loose and cause internal engine pollution. The piston rings can become blocked, causing more oil use, compression loss, and performance loss in the long run. Also, deposits can cause uncontrolled combustions, in other words, detonation. And these combustions can cause damage to the engine.
The unique N-TECH® additive technology prevents this primarily. The entire engine interior stays clean, causing a long-lasting, high-performance level and low oil consumption. In addition, the pistons and piston rings remain very clean, even with today's longer oil change intervals, resulting in beneficial outcomes.
Cleaning properties
The N-TECH® additive technology's cleaning properties are extraordinary. This is according to multiple extensive engine tests performed in the lab and the field by racing teams like Ten Kate Racing, Bas World KTM Racing Team, and Gebben van Venrooy Yamaha. The results all show that engine sludge is effectively prevented. Blowby gasses are reduced to a minimum, maintaining high oil quality over the entire lifespan. In addition, the mixture of additives retains its effectiveness for a more extended period.
On top of that, the N-TECH® additive technology has a high polarity. Meaning it has much adhesive strength. This excellent adhesive strength, in other words, the quality to bond with metals, enables a stable lubricant coating. The adhesive strength is necessary considering the high-litre capacity of today's engines. The result is very little starting wear, even with a high RPM, and a welcome feature in a highly loaded engine and transmission, effectively preventing camshaft wear, bearing wear, gear wear and pitting, among other things.
